- Selection of appropriate season, time and place for replanting (chances for transplant success is bigger in different seasons for different species);
- Digging the plant out with the necessary amount of soil around the roots, in order to preserve its vitals and to increase transplant success chances. Lifting is done using a crane.
- Digging the necessary hole for planting, adding suitable soil or manure;
- Transportation of the plant to its new location;
- Laying and planting, pruning, if necessary;
- Propping up and watering;
- Removal of traces of excavation work at the old location of the plant.
